Entire House Affected by Mold

Upon arrival for the initial inspection of a pipe leak we discovered the whole house was affected with mold. This house was vacant and a pipe on the second floor burst and went unnoticed for quite some time. The entire first floor had to be gutted as well as demolition on the second floor. The entire house  had to be cleaned following protocol for mold remediation. Once  the mold clean up was complete the structure had to be dried using dehumidifiers and air movers so there would be no opportunity for microbial growth to return in this house. This is a good lesson to have someone check on your house while you are on vacation.
