Pipe Freeze

During a brutal cold snap this building had a pipe freeze and burst over a stairwell. No one was there when it first happened so the water ran for a long period of time before being shut off. The entire ceiling was filled with blown insulation which made for a very messy situation. This job provided a further challenge as the ceiling in the stairwell was 20 feet high. We had to come up with a safe and effective way to remove the remaining wet insulation that did not come down on it's own. Our customer was delighted to see how well we cleaned up all the insulation as to them it seemed very overwhelming.
