Kitchen Fire in Somerset County

SERVPRO of Piscatway was called to a kitchen fire at a restaurant in Somerset County. Cleaning up after a kitchen fire is typically more involved due to the fact that a fire extinguisher is usually used to suppress the flames which then leaves everything coated with the powder from the fire extinguisher. That is exactly what happened here. All surfaces had to be detailed cleaned as to insure no residue remains. This business had to close but the owner was thankful it was only for a few days and that before their new stove could be delivered we had completed the cleaning.
